Submitted in December 2019, this proposal was a long time coming. It’s the culmination of 10 years of engineering, environmental, hydrogeological and community engagement work. For a decade, Twin Metals has been working to conduct studies and gather data to ensure mining will be done safely in northeast Minnesota—safe for workers and the environment.
